With over two decades of experience, Adriano is a specialist in environmental management, operational safety, risk assessment, Brazilian regulatory aspects and emergency and crisis management. He has led large-scale projects in Brazil, such as environmental and emergency management in several exploratory campaigns, including areas of high environmental sensitivity.

In 2011, Adriano Ranieri participated in the formation of the joint venture of Witt O'Brien's Brasil and OceanPact and serves as President and Operational Director for Witt O´Brien´s Brasil. He oversees the implementation of emergency management programs utilizing the methodology of the Incident Command System (ICS) and crisis response for companies from varied market sectors within Brazil (oil & gas, sanitation, and food). He also actively participates in assisting clients in managing major crisis incidents.

Pedro Perez is an environmental engineer. with over 15 years of experience providing consultancy in the areas of safety, risk, environmental and emergency services. He has led major interdisciplinary consulting projects, mainly involving analysis and management of technological/industrial, environmental and business risks, development and implementation of operational and integrity security management systems, as well as socio-environmental studies. He operates mainly in response to the demands of the oil & gas sector, from start-ups to large international companies, concessionaires and operators, as well as the mining, chemical and energy sectors. Pedro has worked at Witt O'Brien's Brasil since its consolidation in 2011.

Pedro holds a postgraduate degree in petroleum engineering from PUC-Rio, and a master's and doctorate in safety, reliability and risk management engineering from the Lloyd's Register Foundation (LRF) Center for Safety and Reliability Engineering, Aberdeen University, United Kingdom.

Pedro Martins offers nearly two decades of experience in the oil & gas industry, ten of which were in the SMS department of an American operator. Pedro works in the planning, implementation and coordination of all aspects related to environmental management of oil & gas industry activities, from the preparation of studies for environmental licensing to the implementation of emergency plans. He participates in the elaboration and implementation of studies, plans and sensitive, innovative projects for exploratory campaigns. He acts as manager of the MAREM Project (Environmental Mapping for Response to Emergencies at the Sea), which mapped the entire Brazilian coast, gathering strategic information on coastal ecosystems and fauna vulnerable to oil spills at the sea. Pedro is oceanographer graduated by UERJ, with post-graduation in Project Management and executive post graduation in Environment (UFRJ).

Ana offers more than a decade of experience working within environmental and emergency consultancy. She is responsible for the implementation of the Incident Command System (ICS) as a tool of emergencies management in several companies. She is also responsible for the firm’s crisis management projects, given her coursework at Crisis Management & Business Continuity at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (Cambridge). She is involved in the elaboration and review of Response to Emergency plans (including corporative plans and referred to environmental license processes), and the development of the environmental mapping, focusing on the definition of strategies for response efforts. Throughout her career, she has participated in several national and international incidents that occurred on coastal zones and offshore. For example, Brumadinho’s accident response and the accident that occurred in Santa Barbara/California. Currently, she manages the conduction of trainings and simulation responses to oil spill emergencies at sea.

Ana Lyra is graduated in Environment Engineering, a Master’s degree in Oceanic Engineering, a Master in People and Leadership Management, and a course in Crisis Management & Business Continuity by MIT Professional Education.

Adriana Moreira is Biologist, with master’s degree in ecology by UFRJ. She offers more than three decades of experience in environmental consultancy, with broad experience in assessment and environmental management within a variety of industry sectors. More specifically within the offshore oil & gas sector, where she has been most focused on in the last several years. Adriana has participated in over than 60 environmental studies involving perforation activities, production, seismic data survey. Previously, she coordinated and oversaw work in the Basins of Santos, Campos, Espírito Santo, Camamu-Almada, Sergipe-Alagoas, Potiguar, Ceará, Barreirinhas, Pará-Maranhão and Amazonas’ estuary.

Anna offers nearly two decades of experience working within the area of Corporative Communications. She offers expertise within energy, infrastructure, economic and government markets. Anna is a specialist in crisis communications management, 360º communication, press advisory, executive training, social networks, communication of large events, analytical reports, as well as internal communication. She has developed strategic communications plans, crisis communication manuals, communications proposals for both governmental bid and private competitions, response trainings related to communication crisis, along withformal media training sessions. Anna has covered major events such as Rio Oil&Gas and Fifa Brazil 2014 World Cup. She has prior experience working in communication crises for oil companies, a sector to which she dedicated most of her career. At Witt O'Briens, she is responsible for developing crisis communication products, coordination of crisis communication, institutional communication, external communication, and social networks.

Anna is a Journalist who graduated by PUC-Rio, post-graduated in Institutional Communication by the Universidad de Belgrano (Argentina), and with specialization in Digital Marketing by the George Washington Business Scholl.

Bianca Peters is a Chemical Engineer, post-graduate within the area of oil engineering and safety engineering. She offers two decades of experience within the areas of occupational safety, environment, risks management and operational safety. She has expertise working within variety of industry sectors, with an emphasis on the oil & gas sector. Bianca serves as project manager at Witt O'Brien's Brasil and leads SMS compliance and operational security management projects.

Bianca has broad experience working alongside clients in the implementation of management systems, audits and due diligence clients range from international oil &gas companies, oil & gas startups, offshore operators, ports, terminal, mining companies and energy companies alike.

Décio is a Biologist, and Business Management post-graduate with master’s degree in maritime biology. He has focused his efforts on the study of impacts and environmental projects for more than 20 years. He is a specialist in managing multidisciplinary teams and in the coordination of complex projects along the Brazilian coast.

His experience started in consultancy, focusing on the oil & gas production and exploration sector, working for the main Brazil operators within several states and sedimentary basins. Currently he is serving as the Manager of New Businesses of Environment area at Witt O’Brien’s Brasil.

Douglas is an engineer with 20 years of professional experience in the areas of safety, environment, sustainability, and community relationship. Having worked for many great Brazilian and multinational companies, he led teams in interdisciplinary and multicultural environments, for both onshore and offshore activities. Along with projects in Brazil, he designed projects in Portugal, United Kingdom, Egypt, and Latin America, with a focus in the construction and in the implementation of management systems. Douglas is serving as a manager offering support to the areas of risk and operational safety, as well as emergency and crisis.

Fabrizio has 15 years of professional experience in risks analysis of process safety, risks management, and corporative risk management. He is certified as a Professional of Management of Projects (PMP) and - Risks Management Professional (RMP), both from the Projects Management Institute (PMI) with broad experience, including projects in Oil & Gas and Mining industries. He works at Witt O’Brien’s Brasil as the Project Manager of the Risk and Safety and Operational Safety areas of the company.

Fabrizio is an Environmental Engineer with post-graduate degree in petroleum engineering and an MBA in Projects Management, both from PUC-Rio, and MBA in International Management by UPMF – Grenoble, França.

Flavia has nearly 20 years of experience in the oil & gas sector, working in project management for the physical, biotic, and socioeconomic means, including coordinating multidisciplinary teams, for both onshore and offshore operations-related project. She has a formulated relationships with the main oil & gas operators and with the environmental bodies for the federal, state and municipal governments. Her expertise is within assessment and environmental management, including the coordination of environmental studies, elaboration, implementation and management of environmental programs, such as management of solid waste, effluents and atmospheric emissions, environmental education, environmental monitoring, audits and environmental inspections for seismic, drilling and production activities in different sedimentary basins.

Mauricio has more than 12 years of experience in emergency response andmanagement and in SMS, primarily within the oil & gas sector. His clients include both national companies as well as multinational companies for exploration and production. He has developed several designs, including the elaboration of Emergency Plans, Accreditation of Program Trainings, and Coordination of Simulated of Response to Emergencies, to working within the field and in the management of emergencies primarily for oil spills. Maurício is a Biologist with a master’s in Science of the sea, and a post-graduate degree in Environmental Management.

Monique is a Chemical Engineer, with a post-graduate degree in Safety Engineering from UFRJ and in petroleum engineering and of production, with emphasis in technology of management for production and quality. With two decades of experience in the petroleum and natural g industries she managed the SMS area and served as the emergency coordinator and developed crisis and emergency plans and manuals.

A large part of her professional experience was within in the areas of of exploration and production for the oil & gas industry, while serving in SMS forums for the Brazilian Institute of Petroleum to interacting with the IBAMA, Environmental Ministry, CONAMA and ANP. She also worked in the quality and environmental chemical arena, serving as both a coordinator and project manager. Working at Witt O’Brien’s Brasil since 2017, she is primarily focused on the implementation of the management tool known as Incident Command System (ICS). In addition, she is currently the Project Manager of the area of emergencies and cisis for the firm.

Eliane has 30 years of experience in the management of projects, and the last two decades have been dedicated to the environmental arenafor the oil & gas industry. Her experience includes planning and implementation of environmental projects, participation in the environmental licensing processes for the E&P projects, elaboration of technical documents to IBAMA and ANP, execution of internal audit in the environmental projects of the E&P and energy areas, advising in environmental emergencies in petroleum area, compliance to the ANP resolution about management system of operational safety of the submarine system (SGSS). She began her career at Witt O’Brien’s Brasil in 2013, where she is serving as the Specialist in Projects’ Manager.
